Noam Sussman is a freelance 2D animation director, GIF maker and independent filmmaker from Toronto. Noam’s varied experience in the animation world includes creating GIF sticker sets for Google, GIPHY, JibJab and TAAFI Animation Festival, storyboarding on Disney TV’s Pickle and Peanut, illustrating for the UFC’s partly animated documentary mini-series Fightlore, and directing several short interstitials for the PBS Kids show Let’s Go Luna. In his free time, Noam also enjoys drawing comics and directing short films. His three films, Gum (2012), Dream Cream (2019) and Oh Say Can You See? (2019) have screened in over a 100 festivals worldwide including Pictoplasma, Slamdance, Ottawa and Annecy, and won multiple awards.
In 2023, Noam and his wife Ali Kellner co-founded Homework Studio, an animation studio focusing on short content for TV, film and advertising.
